  • 2 350g desiree potatoes unpeeled quartered

  • 400g piece butternut pumpkin deseeded peeled cut into 8 pieces

  • bring a medium saucepan of salted water to the boil over high heat add the potatoes and corn cobs and cook for 3 minutes add the pumpkin and cook for a further 3 4 minutes or until all the vegetables are just tender drain

  • add the partially cooked vegetables and the zucchini to the barbecue cook in batches if necessary turning halfway through cooking for 6 7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender
  • place the steaks and vegetables on serving plates top each steak with a dollop of coriander chilli butter serve immediately
